Job Summary

To drive strategic decision-making within the US team, the remote contract Director of Regulatory Policy will interpret complex external policy developments and influence cross-functional stakeholders while providing actionable insights for R&D and portfolio strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret complex external policy and regulatory developments to inform product and pipeline strategy
• Influence decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders to enable cohesive strategic choices
• Identify emerging trends and provide targeted input to product teams to shape internal strategy

Required qualifications

• PhD/PharmD required
• 8+ years of experience in the industry, with FDA experience being a plus
• Deep expertise in regulatory policy, regulatory science, and R&D strategy in a biopharma environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct ownership
• Strong integrative thinking skills to connect science, policy, and business strategy
