Job Summary
Leading market engagement and regulatory strategy, the full-time Director of Regulatory Policy will focus on state policy and legislative activities in the Texas and Western regions, influencing policy outcomes and supporting business growth remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish regulatory and policy priorities aligned with commercial objectives
- Provide strategic guidance on legislative and regulatory developments affecting distributed energy resources
- Lead engagement with ISO/RTO market committees and stakeholders in ERCOT, WECC, and CAISO regions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in energy policy, regulatory affairs, or market strategy
- Experience with ISO/RTO market structures and regulatory frameworks in ERCOT and/or Western US energy markets
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory matters to business and executive audiences
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
