Director of Regulatory Science

Job Summary

To support drug development initiatives, the contract Director of Regulatory Science will develop regulatory strategies, ensure alignment across programs, and lead a team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver regulatory strategy across drug development programs, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Lead and mentor direct reports, supporting their professional development and performance
• Establish cross-functional partnerships to drive alignment and team effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with at least 8 years in Regulatory Affairs
• Demonstrated success leading global regulatory submissions
• Direct experience in oncology drug development
• Prior NDA experience preferred
