Director of Reimbursement

Job Summary

Leading the reimbursement strategy and execution, the full-time Director of Reimbursement will manage public and private payer coverage strategies, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance reimbursement outcomes, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee market access efforts, including CMS/Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers, to improve reimbursement outcomes
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to ensure case approvals and address reimbursement denials
• Engage with top payors and advocacy societies to promote coverage for the company's products

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in payor, reimbursement, or market access roles
• Strong knowledge of CPT coding, billing, and reimbursement processes
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience working cross-functionally in a player/coach role
• Familiarity with imaging, software, AI, and category 3 products
