Director of Reinforcement Learning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director- Reinforcement Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise RL roadmaps and drive prototypes as capabilities mature
• Architect simulation environments and lead algorithmic innovation for RL applications
• Guide RL pilots from proof-of-concept to production deployment while ensuring ML Ops rigor

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 5 years or Master's degree and 8 years or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
• PhD or equivalent experience in ML, RL, or related fields with 10+ years in AI/ML
• 5+ years of leadership experience in reinforcement learning
• Proficient in Python and frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare domains is preferred
