Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Relationship Management - Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for managing and growing relationships with capital markets and financial services partners
• Act as the senior point of contact for key partner executives, ensuring proactive and effective communication
• Oversee the end-to-end partner journey and manage escalations to resolve complex partner challenges

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on partner management or account management in technology companies
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives
• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
