Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote trust and transparency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the Financial Services/Lending industry
• Strong relationship management experience, particularly in lending or financial services
• Proven ability to prioritize and balance needs across multiple functions
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Resilience and adaptability in ambiguous situations
