Director of Remote Research Clinicians

Job Summary

To support the growth and operational excellence of the Remote Research Clinicians business, the full-time Director of Remote Research Clinicians will manage strategic client engagement, technology-enabled operations, and quality oversight while working remotely from the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a senior operational liaison for strategic sponsor accounts, facilitating governance and growth initiatives
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new services and operational capabilities to drive service innovation
• Provide centralized quality oversight and support continuous improvement initiatives across key operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Business, Operations, or a related field
• Significant experience in clinical research, decentralized clinical trials, or related healthcare services
• Demonstrated experience in leading strategic initiatives and operational improvements
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and decentralized methodologies
• Proficiency with technology-enabled clinical trial delivery models and digital health solutions preferred
