A company is looking for a Director of Remote Vision Monitoring (RVM).

Key Responsibilities

• Set and manage strategic goals for the RVM program, collaborating with leadership
• Lead operational phases of scaling, including standalone rollout and digital enrollment
• Develop and manage a high-performance team, overseeing staffing and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of operations or program leadership experience, with 3+ years in management roles
• Experience in setting strategy for new business units and scaling programs
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members and manage performance issues
• Track record of meeting or exceeding departmental budgets and forecasts
