Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Renewable M&A Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and strategy execution of the M&A vertical, including new service offerings and market expansion
• Oversee client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for major clients
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the vertical's team while identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in renewable energy or adjacent industries, with 7+ years in M&A
• Experience managing transactions and the financial and technical diligence process
• Expertise in renewables project lifecycle and understanding of key project value drivers
• Strong client management and business development experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, engineering, or related fields preferred
