Job Summary

To optimize the global renewals function, the remote Director of Renewal Management will manage the Renewal Manager team, oversee the renewals pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting of retention and churn, and develop proactive strategies to maximize customer retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the global renewals process, coaching teams to improve performance and align goals with retention objectives
  • Lead the forecasting process for renewals and churn, providing accurate predictions and monitoring trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Implement proactive renewal strategies, including early identification of at-risk accounts and engagement with customers before renewal dates
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, renewals, or account management within a SaaS organization
  • 3+ years leading a renewals function in a SaaS organization at scale
  • 5+ years of experience managing Account Managers, Account Directors, or Customer Success staff
  • Strong expertise in renewals reporting and risk mitigation strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, analytics, and proactive account management
