Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Renewals - CORE.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Core renewals strategy and execution to achieve retention and renewal rate targets
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Renewal Sales Managers and RAEs, ensuring performance accountability
- Drive forecast accuracy and operational rigor, partnering with cross-functional teams on account strategy and negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, renewals, or account management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving quota across large portfolios
- Experience with retention and renewal metrics in a high-growth environment
- Executive-level negotiation experience with complex, multi-year SaaS agreements
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success
