Director of Research

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Research to lead and manage research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of research analysts and manage research budgets and vendor relationships
• Oversee the design, execution, and delivery of qualitative and quantitative research studies
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and manage a dynamic topical research program

Required Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in a research-related field strongly preferred; bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in research leadership roles, preferably in HR or related fields
• Proven ability to manage research projects from inception to completion
• Demonstrated success in leading research teams and delivering meaningful results
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
