Job Summary
As a full-time remote position, the Director of Research will lead strategic research initiatives, monitor key market issues, and shape the firm's perspectives on critical healthcare dynamics while supporting thought leadership and business development efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Leads the development and execution of the team's strategic insights program, translating complex industry trends into actionable insights
- Maintains knowledge of relevant industry areas and proactively identifies emerging trends and implications for the firm
- Serves as a strategic thought partner to firm leadership, contributing market-informed insights to guide firm strategy and priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic insights, research, or strategy functions
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare trends, policy, and market dynamics affecting health systems and health plans
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with data visualization tools and emerging AI tools
