Key Responsibilities

• Lead post-award financial management of research projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for safeguarding research funds and ensuring compliance
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and provide strategic insights on research funding and sustainability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 8 years of relevant financial experience in an academic or healthcare environment
• Minimum of 5 years managing a team of financial professionals
• Deep understanding of federal grant regulations and financial operations of academic medical centers
• Experience with ERP systems and grants management platforms
