Job Summary
Managing market research and tracking programs, the full-time Director of Research Programs will oversee consumer insight initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance insight delivery, and ensure effective vendor management in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and sustain key Consumer Insight platforms and foundational research programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs for Consumer Insight platforms and evaluate service effectiveness
- Generate actionable insights from research data tailored to stakeholder inquiries and major initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in consumer research or project/program management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree
- Expertise in customer research methods, including survey design and statistics
- Extensive experience leading complex, multi-brand research initiatives
- Strong vendor negotiation and project management skills
