Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time Director of Research Strategy will define and evolve enterprise research priorities, develop growth strategies, and support executive decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise research strategy, focusing on clinical trials growth and financial performance improvement
• Develop business cases and strategic options to inform executive decision-making and translate complex institutional questions into actionable recommendations
• Conduct structured analyses of research operations and funding trends to guide strategic decisions and align diverse stakeholder perspectives

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MBA, MPH, MHA, or related field) required
• Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in healthcare, strategy, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting
• Demonstrated experience supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
• Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving skills, including advanced analytical capabilities
