Director of Resource Management

Job Summary

Leading resource management strategy, the full-time Director of Resource Management will oversee capacity planning, vendor procurement, and workforce readiness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee resource planning and capacity visibility across direct hires and contractor resources to support delivery commitments
• Translate pipeline and project demand into hiring, redeployment, and contractor engagement plans
• Select, onboard, and manage third-party staffing vendors, including commercial terms and performance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in resource management, vendor procurement, or related leadership roles
• Experience working with third-party staffing vendors and internal Talent Acquisition teams
• Demonstrated success in translating business demand into workforce plans
• Experience negotiating rates and commercial terms for external resources
