Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Responsible AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global Responsible AI strategy for safe and compliant AI deployment
• Build governance models and technical standards for advanced AI usage across the business
• Collaborate with senior leaders to embed ethical AI practices into enterprise workflows

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MSc, or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in AI, data governance, or AI-related compliance roles, with 6+ years in leadership positions
• Deep expertise in AI/ML models, including generative AI, and knowledge of global AI regulations
• Track record of building AI governance frameworks from policy to implementation
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and engaging with regulators on tech ethics and compliance
