Director of Responsible AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Science - Responsible AI (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for Responsible AI governance and improve the Responsible AI Framework
• Develop internal policies and monitor compliance with global AI legislation and ethical guidelines
• Engage with legal and regulatory leaders to ensure alignment and represent the organization in external forums

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science and 5+ years in policy frameworks and compliance within AI and healthcare technology
• 3+ years leading Data Science or AI governance functions and teams
• Strong understanding of global AI regulations and ethical AI standards
• Experience in designing governance frameworks across the AI lifecycle
• Bachelor's in Quantitative Science; Master's or PhD preferred
