Director of Responsible AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Science - Responsible AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for Responsible AI governance and improve the Responsible AI Framework
• Develop internal policies and monitor compliance with global AI legislation and industry standards
• Partner with legal and executive leaders to ensure accountability and represent the organization in external regulatory discussions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science, with 5+ years in policy frameworks and compliance within AI and healthcare technology
• 3+ years leading Data Science or AI governance functions and teams
• Mastery of data mining, model building, and proficiency in Python and generative AI technologies
• Bachelor's in Quantitative Science; Master's or PhD preferred
• Strong understanding of global AI regulations and ethical AI standards
