Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Retail Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Retail Accounts Managers to ensure high-quality performance and client satisfaction
• Oversee multiple retail programs to meet or exceed key metrics including revenue goals and operational efficiency
• Drive the development and execution of new initiatives and continuous improvement strategies within assigned programs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in retail, program management, merchandising, or a related field; leadership experience required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen with a focus on results and continuous improvement
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a 100% remote work environment
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business management, Project Management, or related discipline
