Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Retail Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall retail operations budget and triage customer retail issues
• Communicate competitive activity and develop retail operation tools with marketing and sales teams
• Conduct monthly meetings with third-party partners and track performance against KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of sales operations experience in a CPG company
• Experience developing sales operations tools and managing brokers
• Prior key account experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing third-party partners
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Wiser
