Job Summary

Strategically leading the Retail line of business, the full-time salaried Director of Retail Operations will oversee account manager teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Retail account manager teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and collaboration
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Retail LOB, aligning with revenue goals and operational objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, retail operations, or general management, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales and account management teams
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills with experience in building operational processes
• Experience with data-driven decision making and proficiency in analyzing CRM data and performance metrics
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
