Director of Retail Security Operations

Job Summary

To build and lead a national retail security operating model, the full-time salaried Director of Retail Security Operations will oversee security operations for approximately 390 company-owned retail locations and provide governance and risk visibility for around 300 branded partner stores, all while operating in a virtual-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the retail security operating model for company-owned stores and provide governance and risk visibility for branded partner locations
• Build and mature enterprise governance structures, operational processes, and reporting frameworks
• Oversee key retail security programs, including guard force operations, cash logistics, and asset protection technologies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in security operations, retail operations, or related fields
• Experience building and leading enterprise-scale programs or cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in a highly matrixed organization
• Strong background in vendor management and executive reporting
