Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team while serving as a strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CPG, retail, or category management leadership
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong background in leveraging analytics and shopper insights for category strategy
• Experience with omnichannel retail dynamics and digital commerce
• Knowledge of inventory analytics and demand forecasting for category productivity
