Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing and retention management
  • Proven track record of designing successful retention strategies
  • Experience with DTC subscription businesses and cohort analysis
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Passion for wellness community and herbal medicine
