Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Retention to lead and scale the lifecycle for their direct-to-consumer supplement business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the subscription retention strategy to reduce churn and extend subscriber lifespan
  • Manage retention-focused marketing flows and collaborate with content teams to reinforce product efficacy
  • Analyze retention metrics and lead a high-performing retention team to optimize customer experiences
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing LTV in a DTC subscription business
  • Deep hands-on experience with Klaviyo and its advanced functionalities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis and LTV modeling
  • Experience in designing and optimizing referral and loyalty programs
