Job Summary
Leading the post-purchase customer journey, the full-time remote Director of Retention Marketing will manage bespoke experiences for top-tier global clients while developing automated retention strategies for broader customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for high-stakes global clients through exclusive engagement programs
- Design and optimize automated lifecycle journeys to maximize Customer Lifetime Value across the mid-to-long tail customer base
- Own the CRM implementation strategy to ensure personalized and timely communications through deep segmentation
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of marketing experience with a focus on Retention, CRM, or Account-Based Marketing in a complex global organization
- Proven track record managing both high-touch accounts and high-volume automated retention programs
- Deep experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
