Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Retention Strategy to lead and enhance retention marketing efforts for strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Elevate retention strategy across strategic accounts and act as a trusted advisor on lifecycle and subscription retention tactics
- Build and standardize retention playbooks that scale, defining effective strategies for lifecycle flows and subscription programs
- Identify and drive improvements in customer lifetime value (LTV), retention, and subscriber growth
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM
- Experience with ecommerce brands or retention/lifecycle agencies
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and SMS platforms (e.g., Postscript, Attentive)
- Proven track record in driving retention strategies and understanding subscription programs
- Fluent in ecommerce metrics such as LTV, churn, and cohort performance
