Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Retention Strategy to lead and enhance retention marketing efforts for strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate retention strategy across strategic accounts and act as a trusted advisor on lifecycle and subscription retention tactics
  • Build and standardize retention playbooks that scale, defining effective strategies for lifecycle flows and subscription programs
  • Identify and drive improvements in customer lifetime value (LTV), retention, and subscriber growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM
  • Experience with ecommerce brands or retention/lifecycle agencies
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and SMS platforms (e.g., Postscript, Attentive)
  • Proven track record in driving retention strategies and understanding subscription programs
  • Fluent in ecommerce metrics such as LTV, churn, and cohort performance
