Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Retirement Plan Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of retirement administration professionals to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage compliance with state and federal laws, including oversight of non-discrimination testing and IRS Form 5500
  • Develop and implement process improvements while monitoring external market competitiveness


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7-10 years of related experience in the retirement plan industry, with knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
  • 4+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Industry credentials (QKA, APR, APA, ERPA) are strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance software and administration systems is beneficial
