Director of Revenue Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and complex revenue transactions for proper revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP and ASC 606
• Drive month-end revenue close procedures, ensuring accurate recording of revenue transactions and conducting reconciliations
• Lead subscription and billing teams to achieve internal and external customer success while meeting month-end deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 7-10 years of SaaS revenue accounting experience; CPA certification preferred
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and GAAP
• Public accounting experience is a plus
