Director of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle / Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees coding, billing, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, denial management, and reimbursement processes
• Leads and manages revenue cycle staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Collaborates with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required
• Minimum of 10 years of revenue cycle management experience, with at least 7 years in medical billing
• Experience with EPIC strongly preferred; orthopedic or surgical practice experience is a plus
• Extensive experience in negotiating and managing Managed Care Contracts required
• Flexibility in schedule and occasional travel as needed
