Key Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while ensuring alignment with institutional policies
• Analyze and evaluate ongoing departmental programs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Prepare and present operating and capital expenditure budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
