Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, coding, claims submission, denial management, collections, and payment posting
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize revenue cycle workflows and enhance data transparency
• Act as the primary revenue cycle contact for strategic clients and payer partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven success in leading enterprise-wide revenue cycle management initiatives
• Deep understanding of payer policies, coding standards (CPT, ICD-10), and regulatory compliance
• Experience with value-based care models and telehealth billing
