Director of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services
• Direct the "Re-badging" lifecycle and manage the transition of client employees to the organization
• Serve as the primary implementation lead for client executives, providing performance reporting during the transition phase

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Revenue Cycle experience, with at least 5 years in a BPO or professional services implementation leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Business (MHA/MBA preferred)
• Proven track record of implementing high-volume RCM services for hospitals or multi-specialty physician groups
• Expertise in Coding, Billing, and Accounts Receivable/Denials
• Direct experience managing or integrating with global delivery centers
