Director of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Leading revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Cycle will oversee multiple accounts receivable functions, manage direct reports, and drive process improvements to enhance financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial metrics and operational trends to ensure effective revenue cycle management
• Manage accounts receivable teams and oversee quality monitoring, denial appeals, and vendor relationships
• Lead transformational change initiatives to streamline processes and improve resource utilization across the revenue cycle management organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred
• 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare/revenue management
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
• Strong project management and mentoring skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
