Director of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

To lead the strategic direction and performance of revenue operations in a remote setting, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Cycle will define overarching strategies, oversee revenue cycle functions, and drive transformational initiatives to optimize revenue capture and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overarching revenue cycle strategy, aligning with company growth objectives and market expansion
• Provide executive oversight of all revenue cycle functions, including patient access, coding, billing, and collections
• Identify and drive transformational initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve revenue margins

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5+ years in a director or executive leadership role
• Deep expertise in end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including multi-state and telehealth environments
• Strong knowledge of medical coding standards (CPT, ICD-10) and complex payer structures
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
