Job Summary
Leading the enterprise analytics vision and strategy, the full-time Director of Revenue Cycle Analytics will manage a high-performing analytics organization remotely, focusing on delivering scalable insights and enhancing financial and operational outcomes through advanced analytics and product leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Set the enterprise strategy and roadmap for revenue cycle analytics across various stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics organization while advising on performance and growth opportunities
- Deliver scalable analytics products, dashboards, and self-service capabilities to improve decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, including at least 5 years in a management role
- Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Epic Clarity preferred
