Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop policies and procedures for Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Create monitoring processes for KPI measures and develop analytics to share with clients
• Analyze client workflows and make recommendations for operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration desired and/or extensive relevant experience
• Minimum ten years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Minimum five years of associate management or team leadership experience
• Operations efficiency processes and process improvement tools experience
• Detailed analytical skills and extended experience with Microsoft Excel
