A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a proactive RCM strategy to optimize revenue capture and prevent denials
• Lead and mentor a team across billing and eligibility, ensuring clarity and structure through change
• Own and optimize the full revenue cycle for all service lines, ensuring compliance and timely claims management

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive RCM experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of telehealth and behavioral health billing
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of CPT coding and the full claims lifecycle
• Experience with modernized billing and EHR platforms
