Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all revenue cycle activities and initiatives to ensure optimal financial outcomes
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the revenue cycle process, including billing and collections
• Monitor KPIs and accounts for risks and improvement opportunities, driving recommended actions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a start-up environment
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Expert-level knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management workflows
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, management, or finance
• Strong financial management skills, including data analysis for reporting and budgeting
