Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Cycle Management, Employer Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue management and strategies for maximizing payment in occupational medicine and Workers Compensation
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the revenue cycle management team
• Monitor compliance with third-party payer regulations and manage the collections cycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management with knowledge of Occupational Medicine/Workers Compensation billing
• Experience managing off-shore or remote teams
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle processes
• Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
