Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized billing and accounts receivable policies
• Optimize front-end collections and monitor billing performance
• Guide and manage revenue cycle management staff and partner with vendors

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle administration
• Advanced proficiency in billing systems and MS Excel
• Working knowledge of AthenaOne required
• Familiarity with Physician Practice E&M Codes and Specialty Codes
