Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Cycle Practice Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal relationship manager for assigned practices, aligning organizational services to support practice objectives
• Oversee the delivery of revenue cycle services, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and advocating for practice needs
• Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics, providing actionable insights to support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in client relationship management, account management, or revenue cycle operations within healthcare
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue cycle management and strategic planning
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable insights from complex data sets
• Track record of influencing organizational strategy and driving process improvement
