Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the revenue cycle management (RCM) infrastructure, including eligibility verification, claims submission, and denial management
• Drive automation across the revenue cycle, utilizing AI/ML tools to enhance processes and improve efficiency
• Serve as the internal RCM subject matter expert and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals and patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management in healthcare, with comprehensive knowledge of the billing lifecycle
• Experience managing RCM for both clinical services and durable medical equipment
• Knowledge of government and commercial payor billing practices, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Proficiency in healthcare data standards such as X12, HL7, and FHIR, with experience in system architecture
• Ability to build RCM functions from scratch and a willingness to take on both hands-on and leadership roles as the team scales
