Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement revenue cycle management systems, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in healthcare provider revenue cycle management, preferably in behavioral health
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in building and leading teams, including hiring and performance management
• Deep understanding of professional fee billing, reimbursement, and third-party payer regulations
• Proficiency in Google Suite, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with multiple Practice Systems
