Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full revenue cycle end-to-end, including charge capture, claim submission, denial management, payment posting, and patient collections
• Collaborate with the contracting team to translate negotiated payor terms into billing workflows and ensure compliance
• Lead team operations by defining structure, hiring talent, and building real-time RCM reporting dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, including 3 years in a director-level role with P&L accountability
• Experience in multi-state operations and a strong understanding of DME and professional services billing
• Proven knowledge of CMS reimbursement policy and payor workflows
• Ability to analyze data independently and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Experience in telehealth or digital health environments is a plus
