Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end collections process and maintain high-accuracy collections forecasts
• Build and enforce a disciplined collections engine to achieve best-in-class net collection rates
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflows to reduce denials and shorten the accounts receivable lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of expertise in revenue cycle management, with 2-3 years of management experience
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Deep expertise with CMS regulations and commercial payer behaviors
• Experience with EMR and RCM software, including system migration experience
• Proven track record of enhancing systems and processes for improved claims collections
