Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end revenue cycle management workflows for a multi-state behavioral health telehealth practice
• Oversee payer credentialing and enrollment for all providers across target commercial payers
• Ensure compliance with behavioral health coding and billing standards while monitoring payer performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive revenue cycle experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric environment
• Experience building or significantly rebuilding a revenue cycle operation from the ground up
• Deep knowledge of behavioral health CPT coding and telehealth billing regulations
• Hands-on experience with commercial payer credentialing and enrollment
• Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements as applied to billing and revenue cycle operations
